Petrochemical Engineering Experience
both for the original operators:- Shell, BP/Amoco, Phillips, Conoco and of course British Gas, and also latterly for the second generation of site operators in Amec, Perenco and Petrofac.
Away from the main terminals we have also been able to offer engineering design and technical support for the maintenance, improvement and enhancement of the cross channel sub-sea gas pipeline facility for Interconnector UK which provides a strategic bi-directional line between the UK and continental European energy markets.
With a multi-discipline workforce, our team have been able to supply structural steelwork, pipework, E&I and civil engineering services to support the operational and performance delivery needs of our clients.
However our experiences stretch considerably away from Bacton, to also cover enhancement and developed projects across the British Gas Transco estate of LNG Storage facilities at Dynevor Arms, Avonmouth, Partington, Glen Mavis and Isle of Grain and also enhancement projects at the Easington refinery and both the Hornsea and Rough storage facilities.
Furthermore, our staff have regularly been involved in projects at the Mobil Coryton refinery, for BP at both Wytch Farm and Saltend and away from the Oil and Gas sector at both Dow Chemicals in Kings Lynn and Bayer Crop Sciences (formerly Rhone and Poulenc) in Norwich, providing a full range of engineering and technical support services encompassing site survey, conceptual design, detail design, construction supervision and management, as-built surveys and full project close-out documentation.
